Whom do I sign the contract with and pay?

  • codecombinator is the tech talent matchmaking provider dealing with all needed steps with the hubs and talents
Will we be able to see talent’s CV?

Here’s an example of those CV’s. Any other candidates that we filter upfront will give you a CV as well.

Are there any upfront recruiting or contractual costs?

We work with a budget that expresses the expertise you look for. There are no additional costs involved for finding the talent. 

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the talent you provided? Can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with the talent offered, or something unforeseen happens, do not worry. You can always contact us or your account manager directly, we are here for you and find a substitute.

What is the frequency of charges? How are payments and invoices managed?

codecombinator runs invoices monthly based on the days your tech talent or your team of talents worked.

About the Tech Talents

What happens if a talent  is unavailable for the days or times they are scheduled to work with me?

Holidays or sick days will not be paid by you. For everything else we agree on a clear plan for the availability of each talent. 

I have an issue with the developer. What should I do?

Developers are embedded in your team. If you struggle with the results let us know, we sort it out.

What is the expected wait time for a new candidate if there are no available in-network resources to fulfill my request?

At codecombinator, it typically takes us two to four weeks to thoroughly screen and onboard each expert. We prioritize quality over speed, ensuring that only the most capable candidates are admitted to our network. Our stringent screening process is key to maintaining a network of top-tier talent.
